i've had a couple of people inquire about my new baby which brought you yesterday's blast-from-the-past photo -- and is sure to provide many more gems in the future.
it's the Dell 926 All-in-One -- full-color printing, scanning & copying. with photo printing capabilities. and comes complete with digital camera card reader built-in. unfortunately the $50 rebate deal is over, but there is still free shipping for the time being. i've only had it hooked up for less than 24 hours, but so far, i'm pleased with my purchase. it's worth the original $99 price -- but i'm still happy i got a great deal on it LOL!

You know, two thoughts...1) I'm almost 4 years behind on printing out any photos and 2) we have an all-in-one but ours has to have a fax. Since Tim works from home 4-5 days a week, he has to fax stuff, so when we replace ours (it's a few years old), we have to get one with fax capability. That's more important around here than photo printing :(

Hey Stacy! I don't know how you feel about Dell printers, but all their All-In-One printers that include fax capability have photo quality printing as well! =)
Krystyn: Yes, that's one thing. The other will be tickets to see the Sox in Tampa. And whatever is left will go into my savings account.
Is it compatible with Dell computers only?
As far as I know, printers are pretty much compatible with all computers. I have only ever had a Dell computer, so I don't know from actual experience but my computer at work is a Compaq with Lexmark printers & it works just fine.
