on the benefits of eating yogurt for breakfast
i know it's good for you. calcium & fruit & all that. but when you're me -- and when you're having one of those mornings when everything you touch turns into some sort of disaster -- the biggest benefit to yogurt is that when you knock the almost completely full container over on your desk, yogurt doesn't spill. it stays in the cup. now if i can just make it through the day without injuring myself...
