Friday's Feast: March 23, 2007

Feast One Hundred & Thirty Six

Appetizer
Who is your favorite news anchor/reporter? Why?

i can't really say as though i have a favorite reporter or anchor. i don't tend to watch much news. i might turn it on & listen, but more often than not, i read the news so i can control just how much negativity & horror my mind is subjected to.

Soup
Name 3 foods that are currently in your freezer.

pork chops. mint chocolate chip ice cream. frozen peas.

Salad
If you were to have the opportunity to name a new town or city, what would you call it?

it would have to be in California, specifically in Orange County, right along the Pacific, and have orange trees planted there somehow -- even if that meant they had to be in large planters -- just so i could smell the blossoms. and then i would call it Heavenly.

Main Course
What will most likely be the next book you read?

i only have a few pages left in "The Fellowship of the Ring," so i imagine i will move on to the next section of "The Lord of the Rings," which would be "The Two Towers."

Dessert
What's the first thing you notice about the opposite gender?

i think face -- eyes, expression -- followed immediately by voice. i think a person's face tells you a lot about who they are. their smile, their ability to hold eye contact, the level of their interest -- all that can really be found in their face. and voice is just... a Dawn thing.

Hi Dawn. Mint chocolate chip ice-cream - that's a great flavor! One of my favorites.

I love how you described Heavenly. Sounds like a wonderful place that merits a visit.

Have a great weekend!

Great feast Dawn! We do have several things similar. Again, great and wonderful minds think alike :) Love the name of your town and how you described it. Just perfect :)

YEAH! I didn't know you were reading the LOTR books. Love them. I read them a few years ago when the movies were coming out. Are you liking them?! :)

Have a wonderful day and weekend!

A face certainly does tell you a lot about another person!
