Friday's Feast: February 16, 2007
Feast One Hundred & Thirty One
Appetizer
What sound, other than the normal ringing, would you like your telephone to make?
my phone makes more of a rapid beeping sound when it "rings." i kind of wish it would make the ringing sound that my grandparents' old phone used to make...
Soup
Describe your usual disposition in meteorological terms (partly cloudy, sunny, stormy, etc.).
bright & shiny with a 20% chance for dark & twisty
Salad
What specific subject do you feel you know better than any other subjects?
babies. i understand babies, instinctively. have since i was really young in fact.
Main Course
Imagine you were given the ability to remember everything you read for one entire day. Which books/magazines/newspapers would you choose to read?
i think i would just read all my favorite emails that i have filed away under "happy" just so i could have them all burned into my memory... for the times when it's the 20% chance for dark & twisty...
Dessert
If a popular candy maker contacted you to create their next confection, what would it be like and what would you name it?
ohhhh... it would be dark chocolate & raspberry... and it would simply be called Heaven... because you just can't go wrong with dark chocolate & raspberry.

Very good feast. Your dessert sound great!
I'm up too.
I WANT YOUR DESSERT! Really, really, really want it! Dark chocolate and raspberry is the perfect combination...and you've come up with the perfect name!
Luscious menu you've set out for us this week. The dessert is to die for.
(also....go 'stros) Ya baby....baseball spring training has started, so the season will begin shortly!!
My feast is served
"20% chance for dark & twisty" ... I think it's good if we are ready to face unexpected events in our life.
I like your main course. How nice it would be to remember all your favorite emails by heart. You can easily go through them when you're feeling down and need something to cheer you up.
Heaven ... perfect name for something delectable.
Thanks for visiting earlier.
my phone has an old fashioned ring on it! Maybe I should try it. :-)
hmmm... your confection reminds me of our wedding cake. Pretty much the only thing about the day that *wasn't* traditional -- chocolate raspberry truffle. Made by the bakers who did the wedding cake for JFK and Jackie!
Alright, ya made me hungry! Let's eat!!
