Feast One Hundred & Forty Three
Appetizer
Tell about a time when you had to be brave.
last August. when i knew i had been someplace that was hurting me for far longer than i should have been. but sometimes the evil that you know is safer than the evil that you don't know. and i never felt brave enough to walk away before. i'd thought about it, but... in the end it was always easier to stay where i was. last August, i learned that i am stronger than i thought i was... and that sometimes being brave means trusting and letting someone show you the way out.
Soup
Which upcoming movie are you excited about seeing?
ha. like i ever go to the movies. although i just might have to go see Ocean's Thirteen. i saw the first two anyway. loved the first one. i hope the third one is better than the second one though.
Salad
Name an item you try to always have on hand.
a pen & a pad. i hate having a thought or an idea & not being able to write it down. if i rely on my memory, i won't remember what i was thinking exactly the way i was thinking it & that drives me crazy.
Main Course
Imagine the most relaxing room you can think of. Now describe it!
it's quiet & comfy. there's a comfortable bed in it. with crisp white sheets. and a duvet with a deep red cover that has embroidery on it...
Dessert
On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being highest), how spiritual or religious are you?
probably a 7 or an 8. my faith is important to me, but i know that i have plenty of room to grow.

Soup
Name a car you’d love to have.
one that's new. and paid for. and gets good gas mileage. but doesn't cost an arm & a leg to insure. when someone finds this car, please let me know.
Salad
Describe your typical morning routine.
alarm goes off at 6am. i am usually already somewhat awake, depending on when i fell asleep. get up. trip to the bathroom. pour a glass of cranberry juice & sit down to check my email, my fantasy baseball team (or football, depending on the time of year), read a couple comic strips online, and check the headlines on FOX Sports. shower. dress. say a few good mornings. do my hair & make up. brush my teeth. grab my lunch, a yogurt for breakfast, a few snacks & my bag. head out the door to work.
Main Course
Have you ever emailed someone famous? If so, who, and what did you say to them? Did they reply?
i don't know if he qualifies as famous to anyone who isn't a Red Sox fan, but i did email Jerry Remy & ask him for a translation of what he says in Japanese when Matsuzaka pitches, and now he does a translation on the air! that sort of counts, right?
Dessert
Do you listen to podcasts? If so, which ones?
nope. never have.
