vintage Youk. as much as i hate the way he abuses himself for not batting 1.000 every minute of the season, i do so miss even the painful post-out moments with Youk, this being the off-season & all...
And as if we needed any more reasons to love Youk, does anyone get more outraged at his own inability to produce when the chips are down? Last night, when he came up with two out in the tenth and slapped a ball we prayed would make the wall but didn't, he let out this primal scream, tossed his helmet and clenched his fists like a guy about to punch a truck.

Not sure I care too much for the new star thingy on the shirt but at least they got rid of the weird looking tunic/vest things...
Dawn, Youk wears himself out more than the pitcher at times, I think. I love his intensity, but I wonder what the umpires think about it at times.
Youk's gotta shave that monstrosity, though....
