Harrison report
The San Diego Union-Tribune reported in its Thursday's editions that safety Rodney Harrison has a slight tear of his right anterior cruciate ligament.

The report indicated that Harrison would miss the rest of the playoffs.

pros:
this report is coming out of *San Diego*. it hasn't been confirmed by the Patriots. reports in Boston say only that Rodney will be missing Sunday's game. if for some reason this must be true, then playing following subsequent games without him will mean that New England already managed to win the most difficult match up (in my opinion) already, with a gaping Rodney Harrison-sized hole on defense.

cons:
the Patriots also haven't denied this report. Belichick, in true "keep 'em guessing" fashion, alluded to Harrison being "day to day" earlier this week & now he's *out*, so how much more are we covering up here?? how are the Patriots ever going to stand a shot at containing LaDainian Tomlinson with key pieces of the defense out for the game...?
