my game summary?
when you play like crap, you don't deserve a playoff win.
cocky attitude prior to the game. turnovers. lack of communication. penalties. not executing plays. giving up.
these are not the qualities of a champion.
these are not the qualities i expect to see from the Patriots.
my one "atta boy" for New England: Ben Watson not giving up on the 100-yard interception return, running his brains out & knocking Champ Bailey out at the NE 1 when everyone else had long since given up.
but overall?
poor play.
no excuses.
disappointed. more in the way my boys played tonight than in not moving forward.
season over.

Uck, sorry, friend. Yep, those turnovers did y'all in. I'm going to concentrate on the upcoming tennis season and tuck feetsball away til next season!
yes, that play Watson made was great. Except it should have been call back and turn it back to NE ball! I think that was a bad call.
It was pretty bad... They got outplayed. It wasn't the best game they ever played and a job like that is not going to get it done.
