1. sly filled with clouds so dark, they look navy blue.
2. thunder, sometimes in sharp cracks, sometimes in long low rumbles.
3. the flash of purple lightning bolts.
4. my a/c off & windows open to catch the good strong breeze.
5. finally getting some terribly needed rain!

You are so lucky you got some, we (in Brandon) seemed to be one of the unlucky few who didn't get any. I saw lightning, heard thunder, and saw on the radio it to the east and west of us, not fair!
