Wow, your TV watching-spectrum is very broad.

I think Walter Bishop is in my top 3...he is just absolutely fabulous.

And I'm totally doing this list next week on Tuesday....stay tuned.

Gidget: LOL!! It really is. Just like my music tastes. I mostly love good writing & characters that draw me in. I don't care of it's a sit-com or a sci-fi-ish show (like Fringe) or a drama or a CSI-type show. If the writing is good & the characters make me feel like I "know" them, then I will add it to my tv schedule. (And ummm...thank God for DVR. LOL)

I didn't rank these so much in order of favorite, though I considered it. I also didn't elaborate on what I liked about these specific characters either (thought about that too!) but I totally agree with you about Dr Walter Bishop: his character is *brilliant*.

Can't wait to see who you come up with!

G: I can totally hear that Carrie quote in my head!! I like to have the tv on for background noise, so I have accumulated a bunch of shows that I record on my DVR. When I catch up on all those, I grab my DVDs (Friends, Grey's, S&TC, Private Practice--really need to get my hands on Boston Legal!) and "catch up with some old friends." =) I am usually doing other things while my tv is on, but it is on most of the time when I am at home.
