you know what's gross?
when it's already 80* when you wake up at 6 in the morning. yuck.
i know, i know. i live in Florida. it's hot here. live with it. i can actually tolerate heat better than cold, because i am often chilly even down here. so rest assured that if *i* am saying it's gross out, it probably surpassed your comfort threshold a long time ago.

Oh Dawn, be lucky we live on a planet with a sun that can sustain life at all. Ya want Pluto or something? :)

I'm like you - I prefer the heat over the cold - but I agree - it gets to a point where it's just UNbearable!! Stay inside today!
80 degrees up here has the same effect on people that 120 degrees has on people in Utah. It's not pretty. Mainers are totally unaccustomed to warm weather. People just pass out and melt into puddles of goo as soon as the mercury goes above 75. And I'm still pulling on sweatshirts. maybe I'd like Florida....
There is nothing that is not gross about Florida summer heat and humidity (O.K., I suppose the whole sun sustaining life thing isn't technically gross, but still!)! With the moisture it just gets so stinkin' yucky!
Like you, I hate the heat. I wilt in summer.
