Are you honest about your weight on your license or other official forms?
as honest as i can be. most of the time i don't know how much i weigh. i try to guess as accurately as possible though.

If not, by how many pounds is it off from your actual weight?
my guessing is usually within 2-3 pounds, one way or the other.

At what point in your life did you weigh the most?
about six months after i moved to Florida (say about August of 2002), i weighed the most i ever had. i don't know what happened with that, to be honest with you. i know when my Gramp passed away in January 2003, it all came off & then some. since then, i've been consistent with the weight i have been for the last five or six years.
