Menu Plan Monday: January 3, 2011
Monday: Cheeseburgers & some tater tots.
Tuesday: Parmesan chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks & broccoli.
Wednesday: Pizza!
Thursday: Fish on the grill in foil packets, wild rice & zucchini.
Friday: (new recipe!) Beef & veggie stir fry over rice.
Saturday: Kielbasa, sauerkraut & pierogies.
Sunday: (new recipe!) Linguine with chicken in a garlic-butter sauce.
Notes from last week's menu: We stayed right on track other than getting to Sunday & deciding to just clean up the collection of leftovers we still had on hand.

Tater Tots made me smile like a 4th grader in the lunch room! I must introduce these delights to Lexi!
Cass: I know we're all supposed to be so health-conscious about every morsel that we put on our plates, but some things just need to be indulged every so often. Like Tater Tots! =)
