Menu Plan Monday: December 27, 2010
Monday: Grilled chicken sandwiches.
Tuesday: Scalloped Potatoes & Ham. Have to use up those Christmas leftovers!
Wednesday: Leftovers.
Thursday: Ravioli with ground sausage, salad, garlic bread.
Friday: Bonefish Grill for New Years Eve.
Saturday: Chicken Turkey Tetrazzini. Using up the last of the Thanksgiving turkey from the freezer.
Sunday: BLTs.
Notes from last week's menu: Friday became just the hot dogs; neither of us were that hungry it turned out. The Egg and Sausage Bake was a keeper but we tweaked the recipe to use less bread next time. And Paula Deen's Fancy Green Beans were very simple & very yummy, but it made a LOT.
