I love that quote. Why *DO* people take for granted having the ability to grow old?? So depressing.
Rachel: I think we get so caught up in the vanity of it, that we forget it is a blessing to *get* old enough to have wrinkles & grey hair. Especially when you consider the alternative. And to have the chance to grow old with all those you love is a gift, not something to be avoided at all costs. Instead of fighting the inevitable, we really should focus on merely allowing ourselves to age gracefully.
