he who laughs...

one of the comments on the neighbor's car entry from Sunday mentioned karma. turns out...the last laugh was on me. while i stood in my window, laughing at the fact that the little red sports car was quickly becoming a kiddie pool...KA-BOOM!

and Mother Nature said: "you shall have no cable access. no tv, no internet AND no phone for you." and it was so.

and so it came to pass that i would suffer in boredom for 16.5 hours before it would be restored to me.

i'd say that'll teach me but...probably not. =P
