adding to the list of pet peeves

there actually *is* something more annoying than telemarketing calls. answering the phone to hear a recorded message informing you that "all agents are currently taking other calls...please hold the line for the next available representative..."

i have to tell you...if you can't even be on the phone when i answer it, you don't want to sell whatever-it-is-you-are-selling-that-didn't-want-in-the-first-place that badly.
