guys. it is Not. Necessary. to bathe in cologne. this is one of those instances where less is *definitely* the best way to go. you want a girl to pass through the space near you...catch just a hint of something yummy that tickles her sense of smell...which may cause her to hang around a bit, hoping for just another hint, trying to figure out just what smells so good...and the idea is that it might even get her to move a little closer to where you are in an effort to smell that delicious scent again. drowning yourself in it so that her eyes water before you've even entered the building is not going to lure her anywhere near you. even if she doesn't run choking & sputtering in search of fresh air to fill her lungs, she may in fact be unable to penetrate the wall of smell around you.
also. if it smells like something my Gram used to polish furniture? yeah. not the sort of scent that reels a girl in.

I forget how lucky I am that most people don't wear cologne to the hospital because a lot of patients have allergies.
This is great! At my school about a month ago they gave the kids all some Old Spice deodorant (human growth and development...) and all the boys came to school just reeking of the stuff!! I was thinking lesson 2 should be about how much "smelly" stuff to put on (or not put on!!)
How thankful I am that I grew up in an Italian neighborhood and thus learned not to do this by example... ;-)
