Grace in Small Things 50:365
1. it is *finally* Friday. i feel like i've been needing a weekend all week & now it's here.
2. the Sox beat the Yankees 8-4 in their Spring Training game. even when the games mean nothing at all, it still feels good to come out on top against New York.
3. Mike Lowell hit a solo home run in his first at bat of the game & then a single later that same inning. he also kicked off a defensive double play. so happy he looks like he's getting his stride back!
4. Remy back in the booth for the first time this pre-season! man, i missed Remy & Don together. and the gigglefests. like tonight's over Yankees pitcher Kei Igawa jogging in slow motion along the outfield fence after his night was over. who knew watching someone jog could be so highly entertaining? and yet with RemDawg & Don, it always is.
5. discovering a new song i like when i watched this week's episode of CSI:NY.

What was the song?
Re #2: I'm a Cubs fan, but I'd agree-- any day a NY team gets beat, is a good day.
Lowell took Wang deep?
i always ALWAYS find great songs on CSI. love it. :)
Janet: A song called "Beauty's Running Wild" by Scars on 45.
Jane Ellen: Most specifically the Crankees. ;-) The Mets bother me much less. Maybe because we rarely have to play them? They are definitely far less obnoxious!
Anonymous: Why yes, I do believe he did! ;-)
Samantha: I have found some of my favorite music from tv shows!
