Menu Plan Monday: September 12, 2011
Monday: Stuffed Shells, garlic bread and salad.
Tuesday: BLTs.
Wednesday: Scalloped Potatoes and Ham with a salad.
Thursday: Chicken (marinated in a balsamic herb marinade) on the grill, noodles and zucchini squash.
Friday: Steak on the grill, broccoli and Cheesy Potatoes.
Saturday: Kielbasa, pierogies and sauerkraut.
Sunday: Leftovers.
Notes from last week's menu: The only change ended up being that we skipped the subs on Saturday because we still had plenty of leftovers on hand that needed to be eaten.
