{snapshots of Saturday}: April 2, 2006

since the weather was gorgeous & this is the last weekend before our WDW passes get blocked for Easter vacation, it was off to Animal Kingdom for the afternoon...

first stop: LUNCH which tasted soooo good because i was *starving*


then because we have the luxury of not racing through the park, we stopped for about half an hour to watch these ducklings learning to dive for food. they were so cute with their little butts up in the air & tiny feet paddling as they zoomed all over the place. i love that i have the opportunity to experience Disney World with the "stop & smell the roses" approach...


spent most of the day here, on the Kilamanjaro Safari & the Pangani Exploration trail...


...and sitting in a quiet little spot out of the way having ice cream bars & a drink.


we did venture over to Asia to walk the Anandapur Royal Forest to see the tigers & i followed the *bottom* sign thankyouverymuch.
