1. On what day of the week were you born? Tuesday (which btw, i had to look up...)

2. Do you look forward to birthdays? not really. i don't dread them either though. they are really just another day...and an excuse to eat cake. ;-)

3. How do you usually celebrate your birthday? with as little fanfare as possible

4. Do you like surprises? depends on the type of surprise & its potential to embarrass me

5. Has anyone ever thrown you a surprise party? no but Ken did fly Alison down here last year & had her sitting on my couch when i walked in the door from work. i hear the look on my face was priceless. and i am stunned that the two of them--of all people!--were able to not spill the beans before it actually happened! *that* was an awesome surprise. =)

6. How many family and friends’ birthdays can you remember right off the top of your head? just about everyone's--although i have a mental block on Heather's husband's for some reason. good thing he thinks belated birthday cards are the funniest! ;-)

7. Do you send cards to your family and friends on their birthday? yep but sometimes they don't get there in time. still trying to figure out the post office time table for mailing things...nailed Andi's this year though!

8. What kind of cake do you like? ice cream cake! or chocolate with chocolate frosting...or CHEESEcake!

9. What kind of ice cream goes best with it? ummmm...the ice cream that comes IN it?! lol...or with chocolate cake: vanilla. no ice cream with cheesecake though
