Menu Plan Monday: October 25, 2010
Monday: Pot roast in the Crock Pot with potatoes & carrots, and some biscuits.
Tuesday: Romaine-Wrapped Tilapia with Red Onion and Capers, wild rice and steamed asparagus.
Wednesday: Pasta with tomato sauce.
Thursday: Brown Sugar Glazed Pork, rice and a salad.
Friday: Grilled ham & cheese with tomato soup.
Saturday: Something yummy at WDW while watching the World Series game with Nichole & Daniel.
Sunday: Something at WDW, as yet to be determined, depending on where we are & what we have a taste for.
I have two new recipes to link to because both that were on last week's menu were keepers! Monday's Creamy Chicken Over Linguine and Wednesday's Pasta with Tomatoes, Spinach and Goat Cheese. The rest of the week's menu went as planned with plenty of leftovers available for lunches, as well as Sunday leftovers.
