Menu Plan Monday: October 11, 2010
Monday: Cheese, crackers & fruit.
Tuesday: Hot dogs and oven-baked fries.
Wednesday: (new recipe!) Pumpkin Chili and biscuits.
Thursday: Stuffed Shells with salad and garlic bread.
Friday: Going out to dinner for my birthday (which was Tuesday).
Saturday: Food & Wine Fest at Epcot.
Sunday: Leftovers.
Only one minor tweak to last week's menu. There ended up being a lot of leftover pizza, so I finished that up on Wednesday & moved the baked potato to Sunday.
