when i came out of the grocery store, it was considerably cloudy.
halfway to my car, the clouds opened up...the rain came down sideways...

but only on the left side of my body.

drenched...yet still so cute! how do you do that??
I'm sitting her with my backside drenched from running from the car to the house... LAUGHING ! glad i'm not the only one.
oh my. um, sorry, but that picture is funny...but I do hate when that happens!!
Em: Ha! You are too kind. ;-)
Keri: At least I'm in good company! =D
K: Oh it was funny. I really couldn't do anything but laugh at that point. I was literally dripping. I had a puddle around me on the bathroom floor while I took the photo! LOL
The look on your face is priceless. And I kinda snorted when I saw this picture.
oh wow... you weren't kidding were you?? :)
your expression: priceless!
Gidget & Samantha: Priceless & genuine! LOL
G: Definitely wasn't kidding! ;-)
hehehehe...just a little laughter coming from my corner :)
That always happens to me Dawn, so you're not at all alone. Just been home from work for some lunch, the sky was blue. Then when I set off to return to work, the sky was grey and as I walked down the drive the heavens opened. It wasn't that normal sheeting down rain that soaks you all over, it was the horrible light drizzly type that still soaks you. Lol.
Your expression made me laugh though x
I remember when we went to Disney...we were in Epcot. It was hot as hell but a beautiful day. We decided to leave and go hang out at the pool. Then the clouds rolled in in like 3 seconds, the skies opened up and it POURED!! We were SOAKING wet. It totally came out of nowhere.
We learned that quick at WDW.
So sorry you got drenched, but at least you look cute!!
Awww you're so soaked!!
Heather: Go ahead & laugh. I did. ;-)
Pink Banana: At least I could just go home! I'm glad I didn't have somewhere I needed to be!
Valerie: The rain down here is insane. I swear it can pour out of a clear blue sky.
Rachel: Yes I was. I literally had to wring the water out of my clothes. LOL
your red shirt is super cute. i love your expression here too. thanks for sharing!
Hi! frequent lurker, friend of Jeanne, and fellow Sox fan. New England native living in JAX.
I still don't think I'll ever get used to how it rains here, could set a watch by it sometimes. I haven't gotten caught in it lately, but I have definitely been there. The look on your face is priceless, hehe
Erin: Thanks! One of my favorites. =) I do prefer wearing it dry though. ;-)
Kim: Thanks for commenting! =) Isn't the rain down here the craziest thing?! I try to explain to people back up north that they haven't seen rain til they've seen it monsoon in Florida. No nice soft gentle misty rain that last for two days. Our rain can fall with zero warning & it HURTS when it hits you, the drops are so big & fall with such force! Also? Raining on one side of the street & dry on the other? Totally didn't believe that *really* happened til I witnessed it. The weather is this state is bizarre. =P Go SOX!!
