6) ...and banks with Saturday morning hours.
7) houses with cellars...
8) ...and big front porches...
9) ...lining the streets in residential areas that are not all pre-planned housing communities.
10) guaranteed coverage of *every* Red Sox game...
11) ...and *every* Patriots game.
12) churches that are actually beautiful buildings with some history, not built ten minutes ago in a cold, stark, completely contemporary style or permanently run out of hotel conference rooms or in vacant storefronts in strip malls.
13) rolling hills with mountains in the distance.
